At TUNE, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:

Returns must be initiated within within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Sale items cannot be returned.
*TUNE reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy. If a return does not comply, we may send it back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
*As we may not restock our items, once a product sells out, we can’t offer refunds for sizing mistakes. That’s why we provide detailed size guides and product descriptions to help you choose the right fit. Please check all measurements carefully before purchasing, as refunds won’t be given for incorrect sizing.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact Us
Email us at weweartune@gmail.com or send us a DM on Instagram @weweartune with your order number and reason for return.
2. Ship the Item Back
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Receive Your Refund
Once we receive the item and inspect its condition, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right!
